We found the Wondershare Video Converter to be extremely easy to use. Everything is clearly labeled and easily accessible. We didn’t have any problems understanding the process and were able to jump right into converting video files.

We found the forums to contain a lot of user contributed information and our emails were responded to within a day. Although, Wondershare includes a live chat feature it seemed every time we went to use it the operator was offline.

We found the program easy to use, and even the advanced features were non-threatening. The only thing keeping this product out of our #1 spot is its inability to convert files ripped from home movie DVDs and minidiscs.
